Otherworldly: Exploring Artistic Spaces
The development for the local visual arts scene has been placed in the back seat since the early days of Singapore. This has resulted in a negative perception of creatives and artistic work in our society, leading many elder citizens to argue that the arts has no success or use.
The Otherworldly Exhibition is a local art experience that aims to create memorable, unique and colourful experiences with local art and art in general. This project aims to show that the visual arts can flourish in Singapore, positively influence the hearts of citizens and leave them with memorable experiences.
The Otherworldly exhibition was done for my Final Year Project in Temasek Polytechnic Communication Design.
Exhibition Posters
For initial promotion. These posters wll be placed in public spaces like bus stops channels, Central Business District areas and transport vehicles like buses and MRTs. Information to find out more about us can be easilt accessed as well as links to our socials will be listed.
Pop-Up Crate
Placed along popular streets such as Orchard Road. Passer-bys can easily walk in for a snippet of the Otherworldly exhibition. Floor decals will also be placed surrounding the Pop-up Crate to draw attention to it, guiding those with a piqued interest in our exhibition to explore waht we offer.

Exhibition Tickets
Our ticket designs feature unique designs with different landscapes, attaching a specialised memory to our visitors. Which envision will they recieve?
Exhibition Brochure
Guide for explorers drifting through realms. This brochure will be given to visitors before entering the exhibition with our goodie bag, allowing visitors to learn more about each artwork and artist if they wish.
Exhibition Room Renders
Visualising each room in 3D space, made after local visual artists. Done in Blender. Each artwork has been carefully curated to provide a cohesive emotional experience throughout the Otherworldly exhibition. Each artwork and artist has been credited below.
Goodie Bags
Our goodie bags will be given out to each visitor. They consist of our exhibition brochure, an A5 dotted journal, an A6 sticker sheet, badge, a double-sided marker pen and some candy. This goodie bag is specially put together so as to allow visitors to explore their creative side after the exhibition.
